What payment methods do you accept in Seoul, South Korea?

We accept bank transfers (KEB Hana Bank), Korean credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay), and Naver Pay or Kakao Pay. Invoices are provided upon request. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on your chosen date.

Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?

Yes. Monthly plans can be adjusted or cancelled anytime before your next billing date. If you change tiers mid-month, we'll prorate the difference. No early termination fees apply.

Do coaching sessions include match analysis from tournaments?

The Competitive Player and Team Organization packages include detailed match video review and feedback. We analyze your tournament footage, frame data execution, and decision-making to identify concrete areas for improvement.

Is there a discount for annual commitments?

Yes. Pay for 12 months upfront on any plan and receive 15% off. Contact us in Seoul, South Korea for details on quarterly or custom arrangement options.

What if I'm based outside Seoul—can I still work with you?

Absolutely. We offer remote coaching via video call, Discord analysis, and content delivery worldwide. Tournament analysis and esports consultation are not location-dependent. Local Seoul participants can arrange in-person sessions upon request.

Are there refunds if I'm not satisfied with my coaching?

We stand behind our coaching quality. If you're unsatisfied with your first session, we offer one free replacement session. After that, monthly subscriptions proceed as scheduled. We encourage a consultation call before signing up to confirm fit.
